In furtherance of the fostering of harmony and the promotion of cultural exchanges across Nigeria, His Majesty Ògíamẹ̀ Atuwatse III CFR and Her Highness Olori Atuwatse III graced the annual Gani Festival in Daura, Katsina.
Hosted by His Royal Highness, Alhaji Faruq Umar Faruq, the Emir of Daura, this majestic gathering was steeped in centuries of tradition, unfolding in a colorful display of Daura’s timeless cultural heritage. With regal title holders adorned in splendor, parading on horseback to the echoes of drums.
The festival stands as a testament to the beauty and diversity of our rich cultural heritage across Nigeria and beyond. The event which was a vibrant celebration of enduring royal traditions, honored a proud legacy of valor and culture ,and on behalf of the Warri Kingdom, His Majesty expressed well wishes for the Emir, the entire Daura Emirate and the whole of Katsina state.
